Forecast Discussion:

The strong winds on Friday resulted in PM10 levels reaching the upper Moderate AQI range. On Saturday, PM10 dropped into the lower Moderate range before returning to the Good category on Sunday. This week, PM10 levels are forecast to hover around the lower Moderate range today and tomorrow with typically elevated morning concentrations. Beginning Wednesday, a low pressure system moving into the area will improve ventilation and bring chances for rain. Rain chances will continue through Thursday, which should help to lower PM10 levels into the Good category.

As for the other pollutants, we don't expect any issues. Ozone and PM2.5 are forecast to stay in the Good AQI category through the forecast period.
