A weak weather disturbance will lead to a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms today as it tracks northeastward across Arizona. The next opportunity for precipitation will be Tuesday night into Friday morning as a more significant weather system from the Pacific approaches and then moves through the state. The best chances for precipitation will be Wednesday and Thursday. The system will also bring cooler temperatures and breezy to windy conditions at times.
