Summary:
This rulemaking is to adopt new rules in Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) Title 18, Chapter 2, Article 7 to comply with EPA’s Clean Air Act (CAA) § 111(d) Emissions Guidelines for existing sources in the oil and natural gas sector. Additionally, ADEQ seeks to amend A.A.C. Title 18, Chapter 2, Article 9 to incorporate by reference EPA’s New Source Performance Standards for new, modified, or reconstructed sources in the oil and natural gas sector.
