On June 1, 2026, the comment period begins for the proposed Agricultural Best Management Practices (AgBMP) State Implementation Plan (SIP) Revision pertaining to the West Pinal County PM₁₀ Nonattainment Area (West Pinal). The comment period ends July 1, 2026.

The AgBMP program regulates fugitive emissions of PM₁₀ from agricultural activities in West Pinal. The proposed SIP revision consists of amendments to the AgBMP rules designed to improve the enforceability of the program.
