Proposed AgBMP SIP Revision | West Pinal County PM-10 Nonattainment Area

On June 1, 2026, the comment period begins for the proposed Agricultural Best Management Practices (AgBMP) State Implementation Plan (SIP) Revision pertaining to the West Pinal County PM10 Nonattainment Area (West Pinal). The comment period ends July 1, 2026.

The AgBMP program regulates fugitive emissions of PM10 from agricultural activities in West Pinal. The proposed SIP revision consists of amendments to the AgBMP rules designed to improve the enforceability of the program.
