Administrative Settlement Agreement | Motorola 52nd Street Superfund Site

On Oct. 15, 2026, the comment period begins for the Administrative Settlement Agreement (Settlement) for property located at 333 North Seventh Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona. The comment period ends Nov. 16, 2026.

The Settlement resolves ADEQ's claims against 333 North Seventh, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (Settlor). Settlor will receive a covenant not to sue as provided by Arizona Revised Statute § 49-292(B) for matters addressed in the Settlement.
