Hazardous waste management activities include the storage of hazardous waste lithium-ion batteries to be recycled in Ecobat’s lithium-ion battery recycling process. The facility’s main building includes administrative offices along its eastern side, and lithium-ion battery processing/recycling operations and non-hazardous material recovery operations in the adjacent warehouse along the western side of the building. The site encompasses approximately 9.55 acres in the Valley Industrial Park in Casa Grande which is zoned I‐2 for general industrial use (Parcel No. 503-46-0430).
