Summary:

ADEQ is amending Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) Title 18, Chapter 2, Article 5 (General Permits) to ensure that the permitting fees prescribed by rule for operating air curtain incinerators (ACI) will remain unchanged in light of the revisions made by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 60 Subpart EEEE.
