Summary:

ADEQ proposes to amend Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) Title 18, Chapter 14, Articles 1–3 to revise the methodology for annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustment to water quality program fees. The amendments are not expected to significantly change current fees, and in most cases, will reduce fees compared to the current CPI methodology. Additionally, small cleanups (e.g., grammar, clarification, repeal of outdated rules) are proposed.
