Participation Benefits

The following list contains downloadable versions of the 2024 schedules provided to the MAP contractor at the beginning of the year.  These are static documents, meaning if the monitoring schedules for a system are updated based on data results, population changes, EPDS activations or inactivations, etc. throughout the year, these schedules will not be updated until the new annual schedules are published.
